Scotts Square, is a commercial-residential development in the heart of the famous Orchard Road Retail Hub. It consists of a 43-storey structure consisting of 4 levels of podium – commercial basement full of shops, a basement car park, a 3-level car park above the commercial area, a terrace with swimming pool and an area reserved for guests between floors 8 and 10 and two residential towers – one with 22 floors and the other with 34 floors on an urban area of approximately 6,606 m2. The commercial development areas comprise approximately 22% of the total eligible areas, the rest is for residential development. The residential part consists of about 338 housing units of various sizes ranging from 600sf, 900sf, 200sf, all with private elevators. This urban development also has the advantage of being well connected in its levels, thanks also to underground corridors connecting the structure to the commercial basement of Tang and to the Orchard metro stop.
